Chairman of the Board

Zoltán Csöndes is a professional with a degree in humanities and over 25 years of executive experience in various fields of the book and printing industry. He graduated in 1998 with a degree in German Studies from the University of Veszprém.

He gained extensive commercial experience at Central Dabasi Nyomda and Keskeny Nyomda. From 2019 to 2024, he served as the CEO and a board member of Gyomai Kner Nyomda Zrt., and since 2024, he has been the Chairman of the Board.

As Chairman of the Board of Gyomai Kner Nyomda, Zoltán Csöndes oversees the company's commercial activities.

Balla László

László Balla is a professional with a degree in economics who began his career in 1998 at the Ernst & Young Budapest office, from where he joined the ANY Group in 2001 as the controlling director.

Within ANY, he held several executive positions and, in 2021, embarked on a search for new challenges in the fields of chemistry and IT, taking on various senior management roles.
From March 3, 2025, he rejoined the ANY Group as CEO and a board member of Gyomai Kner Nyomda Zrt.

László Balla supervises the operational management of Gyomai Kner Nyomda as its CEO.

Karakó Tamás

Tamás Karakó is an economist and certified auditor who has been involved in the economic activities of ANY Security Printing Company Group for 22 years.

Since 2008, he has managed the economic area as Deputy CEO and oversees the operations of the group’s subsidiaries. Previously, he worked as a manager in the audit department of Ernst & Young. is also responsible for ANY’s Investor Relations, which has received several prestigious awards as a result of his work.

As a board member of Gyomai Kner Nyomda, Tamás Karakó supervises the company’s financial management.
